Produced from vineyards planted since 1974 with an average yield of 6 tons per hectare and harvested at the middle of May (Autumn in Chile). The grapes are fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 30°C (86ºF) during 10 days. After that, the maceration is done with an average of 20 days. With this procedure, they look for the development of the best character with French oak evolution for 16 months and then, another year in bottle. Some processes of filtration have been avoided to maintain its structure and fruit notes.

The Balduzzi Grand Reserve shows a red terracotta color. Its bouquet is a nice surprise which embody the best characteristics of each variety contained on it: the body and character of the Cabernet Sauvignon (47%), color and intensity of the Merlot (25%), sweet and spicy aromas of the Carménère (25%) and the structure of the Lagrima Christi (3%). This assemblage reaches the entire integration of each part giving elegance and quality. It is perfect to accompany sophisticated dishes. Temperature of service: 20ºC (68ºF).
